Roles and Responsibilities

制度やポリシーに関する知識を活用し、運用面での実現可能性について制度・ポリシーの担当者へフィードバックを提供する。
日々の業務において、正確性・迅速性・品質を維持し、関連する法令、規制、GE HealthCareのポリシーに準拠した運用を行う。
各種指標の管理、レビュー準備、災害復旧テストや年末業務の調整などを支援する。
業務処理手順に関する幅広い知識を習得し、業務を円滑に遂行する。
業務改善の機会を特定し、部門横断的なチームと連携して、無駄や手作業を削減し、グローバル標準に沿った運用へ整え、生産性を向上させる施策を実行する。
円滑な業務運営と従業員体験の向上を実現するため、採用チーム、制度企画チーム、HRビジネスパートナーチームなどの各ステークホルダーと効果的なコミュニケーションを図る。
Workdayのシステムに関する知識を活かして、プロセス運用や監査対応をする。
社内チームやビジネスステークホルダーと協力し、業務上の課題を解決する。必要に応じてエスカレーションする。
中規模のプロジェクトに参加し、計画通りに進めるための実行支援や、スケジュール・進行方法の管理に貢献する。
社内外の顧客に対して、複雑な処理上の課題やエスカレーション対応を行いながら、「ベスト・イン・クラス」のカスタマーサービスの提供を推進する。
Lead the execution of one or more HR Operations processes, providing input on work prioritization and assisting with issue resolution.
Apply knowledge of plans and policies to support their implementation and provide feedback to owners on operational feasibility.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality in daily operations, maintaining compliance with relevant regulatory, legal and GE HealthCare policy requirements.
Assist in tracking metrics, preparing for reviews, and coordinating activities such as disaster recovery testing and year-end processes.
Develop broad knowledge of processing procedures to ensure successful execution
Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement impactful changes that reduce waste, manual work, align with global standards and increase productivity
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Client Delivery to ensure smooth operations and better employee experience.
Utilize Workday system knowledge to support business processes and audits.
Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to resolve operational issues, escalating when necessary.
Participate in medium-sized projects, contributing to execution and ensuring adherence to timelines and methodologies.
Resolve complex processing issues and escalations for internal and external customers while promoting “Best in Class” customer service
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Japanese and English knowledge both verbal and written
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area
All candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR operations or related work experience, ideally within a multinational organization
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to work in a complex and rapidly changing work environment across multiple stakeholder groups and countries, with comfort and efficiency
