At Convera, we’re looking for a dynamic Lead Hedging Representative to join our Singapore team and help clients navigate the ever-shifting world of foreign exchange. If you thrive on solving complex problems, crafting bespoke hedging solutions, and building long-term client relationships, this is your moment. 


This is a hybrid role, split between our modern CBD office (Robinson Road), and work from home.



What your day might look like: 

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and price tailored derivative solutions 
  • Speaking daily with new and existing clients to help manage hedging portfolios
  • Execute trades with precision and confidence 
  • Craft and present customized Hedging & Treasury Policies 
  • Represent Convera at industry events and FX risk presentations 
  • Lead discovery meetings with existing and prospective clients 
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic hedging opportunities 

What you bring to the table: 

  • Minimum 18 months of hands-on experience delivering FX hedging solutions (forwards and options) to corporate or SME clients 
  • Strong understanding of FX option structures and risk management strategies 
  • Solid analytical skills and market awareness—both technical and fundamental 
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable ideas 
  • Sales experience, either through business development or upselling existing clients 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills 
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed 
  • Proven ability to build trusted internal and external relationships 
  • Effective time management and organizational skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, and Reuters 
  • Additional language skills considered an advantage
