About the Role

Abnormal Security is looking for a Lead, GTM Strategy & Analytics to join our team. This team supports sales functions to help them identify and execute against strategic Go To Market initiatives. You will work side by side with the current Strategy & Analytics Sales Lead.

Your work as a Lead will directly and visibly contribute to our overall strategy and success. You will be tasked with owning key components of weekly deliverables to our GTM executive team (President, CRO) and developing solutions to top-of-mind analytical questions from Sales leadership. We expect you to work collaboratively to gather and analyze information as well as eventually formulate and test hypotheses with cross-functional stakeholders and partners (e.g., Sales leadership, Sales Ops, Finance). At every turn, our team will strive to uncover value and opportunities for the Business

About You

  • Drive data analyses to break down complex business problems and deliver strategic recommendations
  • Own end-to-end data process for key state of the business deliverables (e.g.,sales retrospective and quarterly business reviews) 
  • Work collaboratively to gather and analyze information as well as formulate and test hypotheses with cross-functional stakeholders and partners (e.g., Sales leadership, Sales Ops, Finance)

Must Haves 

  • 5+ years relevant work experience post-grad with 3+ years in management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, etc.), investment banking, private equity or top-tier tech strategy or “bizops” functions (Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the enterprise technology industry
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and Powerpoint / Google Slides; Abnormal uses Google Sheets and Google Slides
  • Effective verbal and written communication, ability and comfort with both business and technical discussions with senior audiences
  • Great teammate, willing to passionately roll up their sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal supervision

Nice to Haves 

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity industry or "bizops" experience at cybersecurity industry leaders
  • Some coding experience (e.g. SQL / Python)
  • Some experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce)

Base salary range:

$140,000$155,000 USD
