About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic, ambitious and hungry for growth individual as a Lead Growth Strategist to spearhead our expansion in the United States. As a crucial member of our lean team, you'll drive Hunch's growth across the country with full autonomy.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to devise and implement awareness and acquisition strategies that optimize for word of mouth
• Develop and manage a nationwide college ambassador program, targeting 500+ institutions and 4,000+ student representatives
• Design and execute impactful large-scale events and experiences
• Identify and cultivate strategic brand partnerships

Who You Are:

• Recent graduate (within the last 3 years)
• Entrepreneurial background or experience scaling startups in new markets
• Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills, with a track record of successful event planning (particularly in collegiate settings)
• Deep understanding of US higher education culture, how college students socialise, date and make friends
• Willingness to travel extensively as we launch in multiple cities.
• Preferred locations: New York City, Austin, Los Angeles, or San Francisco (flexible)
