Join our Finance team and take on a key role in shaping our group accounting and IFRS reporting landscape.
In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership for selected group accounting topics, contributing to high-quality financial reporting and ensuring timely resolution of open issues across teams. You will drive process improvements and collaborate with international stakeholders in a fast-growing, capital-market-oriented environment with the opportunity to contribute to a scalable, high-quality external reporting setup.
What your new challenge will look like
Drive and support the monthly group closing and consolidation process, ensuring high data quality and timely delivery and taking ownership of defined areas
Develop and maintain group accounting policies, ensure their consistent application, and prepare IFRS adjustments, contributing to the development of scalable IFRS reporting processes and policies
Prepare and coordinate selected parts of the consolidated IFRS financial statements and act as key contact for auditors.
Identify and implement improvements in group reporting, closing, and consolidation processes, including automation initiatives and drive further finance transformation
Collaborate closely with international entities, ensuring alignment on reporting requirements and resolving open topics proactively

Over 4 years of experience in group accounting, IFRS reporting, or audit with solid knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting in international environments
Hands-on experience with closing processes and exposure to consolidated financial statements
Strong analytical skills combined with a structured, hands-on working style
Advanced Excel skills and fluency in English (German is a plus)
Strong ownership mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Persistence and the ability to follow through on topics until resolution

Skills Required
