Lead Graphic Designer

POSITION SUMMARY

As the Lead Graphic Designer, you will lead a team of talented designers to produce high-quality, engaging creative materials across all channels. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to drive the creative vision forward, ensuring that all content aligns with the brand strategy and helps fuel business growth. In this role, you will manage multiple projects and mentor your team, ensuring they meet deadlines and achieve excellence in design execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help develop, implement, and maintain a cohesive visual identity for the brand across all digital and print channels, including websites, landing pages, marketing materials, social media, presentations, and email campaigns.
• Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to a growing team of designers. Foster an environment of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the team. Conduct performance reviews and offer career development support.
• Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project goals and develop creative solutions that drive customer engagement and sales.
• Further push our design direction, creating high-impact visuals that align with the company’s branding, messaging, and business objectives.
• Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines. Manage workflows, assign tasks, and set priorities for the design team.
• Ensure that all creative assets meet brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them to keep the company at the forefront of design innovation.
• Liaise with external vendors such as printers, photographers, and video producers as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferably within a SaaS or tech-focused company.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work across digital and print mediums.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and other relevant platforms.
• Demonstrated experience managing a team of designers and overseeing multiple projects at once.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in motion graphics is an added advantage.
