The Role
Ninja Xpress is a leading last-mile delivery service company in Indonesia. Since 2015, Ninja Xpress has been delivering success for local SMEs by organising various programs that are ready to support the quick and strategic development of SMEs.

As a form of Ninja Xpress’s commitment to care for our loyal SMEs, we also have various Ninja Rewards programs such as Point Rewards, Creative Hub, Prima Benefit, Aksilerasi, and Capital Loans, to help our local SMEs with their businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through various platforms and social media.
  • Initiate contact with prospects and present product offerings to generate interest.
  • Coordinate and hand over qualified leads to the Field Sales team for further follow-up.
  • Build and maintain effective communication with internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and progress.
  • Ensure prospects assigned can be successfully converted into new customers.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generator, lead qualifier, telesales, field sales, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with lead qualification and sales consultation processes is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet targets in a dynamic work environment.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Capable of building strong relationships with both team members and prospects.
  • Familiarity or knowledge of operating Salesforce will be a strong advantage.
