Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through various platforms and social media.
- Initiate contact with prospects and present product offerings to generate interest.
- Coordinate and hand over qualified leads to the Field Sales team for further follow-up.
- Build and maintain effective communication with internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and progress.
- Ensure prospects assigned can be successfully converted into new customers.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in lead generator, lead qualifier, telesales, field sales, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with lead qualification and sales consultation processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet targets in a dynamic work environment.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
- Capable of building strong relationships with both team members and prospects.
- Familiarity or knowledge of operating Salesforce will be a strong advantage.
