Job Description
Position: Lead Generator Reports To: LG Manager
Purpose
The Lead Generator gathers contact information of customers interested in the services we offer (HVAC) and then enters the customer information into our system to begin the bid process.
Essential Job Functions
E Provide manager with consumer feedback and information for recaps.
E Knowledgeable of key brand information, brand points, and educate consumers on products.
E Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
E Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
E Responsible for generating sales leads while working inside of retail stores.
E Build productive relationships with store associates.
E Positive attitude, outgoing nature, and comfort level speaking with the public.
N Other duties as assigned.
Work Hours
This is a non-exempt position. Work hours to be determined based on the needs of the business. This position may have to work weekend and evening shifts.
Competencies
This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to work independently. Must have the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written communication skills.
Education and Experience
Requires a high school diploma and/or equivalent. Must be able to pass a background check.
Work Environment
This position operates within retail stores that we partner with to generate leads and sell our products. You will interact with the public directly and will be required to operate with their store guidelines.
Physical Demands
Light to moderate working conditions. Are asked to stand for long periods of time while at work. In the interest of comfort and/or safety a stool is provided to sit periodically as well as a compression mat
Supervisory Responsibility
None. All questionable matters are referred to Supervisor.
Travel
Possible travel between retail stores to assist in covering shifts. Must be willing to work in either King, Snohomish, Pierce, Thurston, Kitsap, Mason, Jefferson and Island.
