- Diseñar y ejecutar el plan de adquisición digital basado en segmentos B2B, alineado a los objetivos comerciales. Incluir estrategias de adquisición como Account-Based Marketing (ABM), experimentos de crecimiento (A/B testing, nuevos canales, social listening, referidos, UGC, PR digital), y campañas de paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads) enfocadas en performance y ROI.
- Liderar campañas de generación y conversión de demanda cualificada. Desarrollar e implementar estrategias SEO y de contenido (artículos evergreen, descargables, lead magnets). Optimizar funnels de conversión, como landing pages, calculadoras, webinars y nurturing workflows.
- Gestionar y mejorar el ecosistema de automatización y nurturing de leads. Diseñar e implementar secuencias de nurturing y scoring en HubSpot. Priorizar oportunidades de conversión en función del comportamiento del usuario y del lead scoring.
- Experimentar e innovar con propuestas digitales que impulsen el crecimiento. Ejecutar experimentos de crecimiento con metodologías como A/B testing, introducción de nuevos canales y técnicas como user-generated content (UGC) o PR digital.
- Monitorear y optimizar el desempeño de campañas digitales. Analizar y optimizar el costo por lead (CPL), costo por adquisición (CPA) y ROI de las campañas. Diseñar y mantener análisis de cohortes para evaluar el rendimiento y la retención.
