We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join the NCR Voyix team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through various outreach methods, primarily with provided lead lists.  This role is crucial in supporting our new business development efforts and ensuring a steady opportunity pipeline for our sales teams.

This role also offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in POS or Payments sales, while contributing significantly to the success of Voyix.

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our POS (Point of Sale) products and related services.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Analyze lead generation metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal sales & marketing teams on strategies and best engagement practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development is preferred, however training is provided.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Strong telemarketing skills with a focus on outbound calling techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • A background in customer service is advantageous, as it enhances the ability to engage effectively with prospects.
  • POS, Payments or prior sales experience preferred
  • Ability to come onsite 5 days per week
  • Bilingual preferred
