Your Contribution:

  • Cold Call Prospects (Primary Responsibility): Spend the majority of your day making outbound cold calls to prospective customers, introducing CGM products and services and generating interest from a cold start.
  • Identify & Qualify Leads: Research potential prospects, review buyer profiles, and assess their likelihood of engaging with CGM solutions before calling.
  • Follow Up via Multiple Channels: Supplement cold calls with email and other outreach to keep prospects engaged and move them through the pipeline.
  • Respond to Inbound Prospects: Handle a smaller share of inbound inquiries, qualifying and routing them to the appropriate sales teams.
  • Evaluate & Score Opportunities: Analyze prospect data, qualify leads, and pass high-quality opportunities to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Partner with internal teams to refine lead generation strategies, campaigns, and messaging.
  • Maintain CRM Accuracy: Log call outcomes and manage leads within CRM/SAP systems to ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
  • Support the Sales Process: Help streamline the sales funnel by distinguishing between general interest and true purchase intent.

Your Qualification:

  • Prior experience in a similar role required — candidates must have direct experience in outbound cold calling, telesales, or lead generation.
  • Comfortable and confident making a high volume of outbound cold calls daily; resilient to rejection and persistent in follow-up.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent).
  • Understanding of sales processes and funnels in a B2B environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
