Your Contribution:

  • Identify & Qualify Leads: Research potential prospects, review buyer profiles, and assess their likelihood of engaging with CGM solutions.
  • Initiate Outreach: Connect with prospective customers via phone, email, and other channels to spark interest in CGM products and services.
  • Respond to Inbound Prospect: Timely response and qualification to inbound inquiries and appropriate routing to specific sales teams.
  • Evaluate & Score Opportunities: Analyze prospect data, qualify leads, and pass high-quality opportunities to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Partner with internal teams to refine lead generation strategies, campaigns, and messaging.
  • Maintain CRM Accuracy: Input, track, and manage leads within CRM/SAP systems to ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
  • Support the Sales Process: Help streamline the sales funnel by distinguishing between general interest and true purchase intent.

Your Qualification:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent).
  • Understanding of sales processes and funnels in a B2B environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or marketing preferred.
