Responsibilities:

  • Using software (Industrial Information Resources, Identification of Sales Opportunities Tool) which captures all key plants and projects in the United States and guided by the strategy direction offered by EBUS Sales Leadership, the Lead Generation specialist will identify and analyze all plants and projects that fit the prospecting criteria defined by EagleBurgmann USA. After separating the plants & projects that fit the criteria, the Lead Generation Specialist will perform a lead / prospect outreach to confirm four main metrics:

  • a. Prospect profile with Prospect strategic match

    b. Lead / Opportunity timeline (obtain information on the quoting and order closing phase), if available

    c. Key influencers

    d. Confirmation by the prospect to proceed with next Lead / Opportunity steps with EagleBurgmann.

  • To obtain the above four metrics, the Lead Generation specialist will use a combination of cold calling and tools available (EB Playbook, ideal customer profile, sales speech, customer relationship) to properly communicate with the potential customer. The means of contact will typically be LinkedIn, email and phone and each communication should be addressed to the contact.

  • The Lead Generation Specialist’s activity and work management tool is the SAP Cloud for Customer (SAP C4C) CRM platform. In this CRM platform, the Lead Generation Specialist will publish all relevant information he/she has obtained, as well as manage his/her prospecting activities through the resources available within this platform (activity management, adding notes, creating contacts and accounts, etc.)

  • Once the above four metrics are achieved, the lead / opportunity is considered "Qualified."

  • For any qualified Opportunities, the Lead Generation Specialist will transfer the opportunity to the responsible EBUS Sales Territory Manager for further processing. All follow-up details will be handled through the EagleBurgmann CRM platform.

  • For any qualified Leads, the Lead Generation Specialist will collaborate with the EBUS Territory Managers to get a customer visit scheduled with the prospect and the Territory Manager. The resulting customer visit will be documented in SAP C4C for future planning. After the customer visit, the Territory Managers will document their results directly in SAP C4C, or indirectly via the Lead Generation Specialist, who will then further document in SAP C4C. Once the visit is completed and documented, the Lead is handed over to the responsible Sales Territory manager for further processing.

  • The Lead Generation Specialist will contribute to outbound marketing activities (C4C campaigns, social media, …) under guidance of the EBUS Marketing & Communications specialist. This will consist of collaboration with the EBUS Sales Force for success story / case study generation and documentation, and generation of marketing content.

  • Position authorities:

  • Stop any unsafe condition or situation you become aware of, explaining the potential hazard you detect.

  • Stop the process of any activity you perform if you become aware of any defect in the product / service that may result in a consequence for the Integrated Management System, for EagleBurgmann.

  • Stop any waste disposal process generated from your work or any other activity within EagleBurgmann if you detect that it is outside the standards that the Company has determined for its proper management.

  • The Lead Generation Specialist will contribute to monthly reporting for Lead Generation progress as part of the monthly sales reporting cycle.

  • To carry out the work arising from their employment contract in accordance with occupational health and safety standards, not only in the interests of their own health and safety, but also with respect to other workers and to safeguard the premises where they work.

  • Use personal protective equipment correctly and maintain it in good condition in accordance with the instructions received by EagleBurgmann, and report any loss, deterioration, expiration, or malfunction immediately to the person responsible for its supply or maintenance.

  • Report dangerous conditions or situations to the immediate supervisor or to the internal organs for prevention in the work entity (prevention services, occupational health and safety committee, prevention delegates) so that action can be taken in a timely manner.

  • Participate in occupational health campaigns as determined by EagleBurgmann, as well as attend periodic medical examinations as arranged by the Medical Service.

  • Ensure the correct disposal of the waste generated from its activities, in accordance with EagleBurgmann's instructions, so that it can be disposed of in the correct manner.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Management or related field.

  • Expert level English (since 100% focused on USA market) required.

  • 1-2 years previous lead generation experience highly preferred.

  • Candidate must have initiative and commitment to the activities of the position.

  • Extroverted with good communication skills.

  • Resilient in a fast pace/ever-changing environment

  • Self-starter
