This is a player-coach role with a 40/60 split between leadership and hands on work.
This position is 100% remote.
Responsibilities
- Be a consultant and solutions architect on complex customer projects.
- Be a trusted advisor aligning customer business goals with strategic solutions and roadmaps collaborating with engineers and Project Managers to set customer expectations, drive alignment, and coordinate timelines
- Lead a team of Engineers and Architects; manage team development, operational excellence, and ensure team meets performance expectations and billable utilization goals
- Document and present solutions in alignment with Mission Excellence Standards, including customer executive teams
- Affect high conversion rates of Assess & POCs to long-term engagements
- Coach team on achieving key performance indicators
- Support and review estimates for customer engagements, timelines, and overall planning
- Observe team to ensure successful resolution of customer projects with high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide high-level relationship support for customers
- Participate in pre-sales calls requiring technical expertise and lead technology discussions
- Occasional off-hours support, depending on client need
Requirements
- Experience leading customer-facing teams through complex technical projects and implementations
- Experience in a technical customer-facing consulting role developing strategy and leading multiple engagements simultaneously
- Proven experience in implementing and deploying generative AI models in practical applications
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks
- Solid understanding of deep learning architectures and generative models such as GANs, VAEs, etc
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision (CV) applications in generative AI
- Experience in data pre-processing, feature engineering, and data augmentation for training generative models
- Proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and model evaluation techniques
