As a Functional Lead Architect, you'll work with our Architecture & Solutions Capability and Project Manager office to build tailored solutions based on requirements. Your expertise in Workfront administration, object relationships and third-party software integrations will be crucial.
This is a remote position reporting to Director, Enterprise Architecture - Americas.
Here's what you'll do:
- Promote the design and configuration of Global Workfront instance, ensuring seamless functionality
- Lead technical discussions and produce documentation for Workfront configurations and integrations that enhance the end-to-end integrations.
- Provide Workfront solutions aligning with the Business Operations strategy & Roadmaps.
- Seek opportunities to increase business operations teams satisfaction and improve business and operational efficiency via Workfront technology solutions.
- Ensure appropriate close out and BAU transition of all projects
- Own, develop and maintain the documentation repositories and keep them update time to time.
- Solve technical issues head-on, providing validated solutions.
- Identify project risks to the Enterprise Architect Director and PM's
- Review, analyze, and challenge requirements during discovery and design sessions
- Respond to gaps or needs within scope, ensuring business satisfaction
- Align with Global Central teams to ensure the solutions advised in regions aligns to Global solutions and follow the change management process.
What we are looking for in you
- Experience: Previous experience configuring or delivering Workfront is necessary . Other ERP (any CRM, Finance including project accounting management expertise) implementations from Lead to Cash would be advantageous.
- Handle business issues (internal and external) and suggest resolutions
- Understand Lead to Cash business processes and critical success factors to provide impactful solutions
- Excellent presentation skills, both written and oral
- Flexibility: Most work will be remote, but you are willing to travel when needed.
Additional information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $113,000 - $182,850. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
