Responsibilities:
- 6+ years of full stack development experience
- Lead the architectural design and development of complex full-stack web applications.
- Implement and manage scalable microservices architecture and micro-frontends (React with Module Federation).
- Design and build dynamic form builders and customizable UI workflows.
- Develop powerful and user-friendly front-end applications using React, TailwindCSS, and Shadcn UI components.
- Build modular, reusable, and state-managed React applications using Redux.
- Drive innovation in analytics dashboards and reporting systems.
- Develop APIs and backend services using Node.js and PHP Laravel, integrating seamlessly with MySQL (relational) and MongoDB (NoSQL) databases.
- Establish and enforce system design standards, coding best practices, and scalable architectures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, performance optimization, and code reviews.
- Mentor and guide developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem solving.
- Stay updated with new technologies and propose upgrades to improve application efficiency and scalability.
