<p>We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Developer with over 10 years of expertise in the MERN stack to join our dynamic team and drive the development of high-impact applications for the automotive sector.</p>

<p>You Will:</p>

<li>Lead and mentor a team of developers in building and maintaining automotive-related web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)</li>
<li>Define and oversee technical strategy and architecture for scalable and robust web solutions in the automotive domain</li>
<li>Ensure the implementation of best practices and standards in coding and software development</li>
<li>Architect and develop complex features and enhancements for our automotive platforms</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions</li>
<li>Maintain and improve existing systems, addressing performance, reliability, and security issues</li>
<li>Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements to incorporate innovative solutions into our projects</li>
<li>Continuously optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability</li>
<li>Act as a technical liaison with automotive clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions</li>
<li>Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and actionable tasks</li>
</ul>

<p>You Bring:&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Lead Developer, with extensive expertise in the MERN stack.</li>
<li>Proven track record of leading development teams and managing large-scale projects.</li>
<li>Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.</li>
<li>Background in developing and deploying web applications within the automotive industry or related sectors.</li>
<li>Familiarity with automotive-specific technologies and standards (e.g.,telematics, vehicle diagnostics).</li>
<li>Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD practices, and agile methodologies.</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).</li>
<li>Knowledge of automotive software development frameworks and protocols.</li>
<li>Relevant certiffications or advanced degrees in computer science or related fields.</li>
