This role is for a Lead Full Stack Engineer who has a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle. The primary responsibilities include guiding the team on the technical model and the overall solution, and acting as a liaison between Architecture, Product, and Technology teams. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, Partner Solution Architects, and Technical Architects to ensure reliable and accurate solutions that meet client outcomes. - Communicate new product and solution requirements to the solution development and management team. - Lead the team towards technical accomplishments, fostering collaborative efforts and achieving critical project goals. - Independently communicate with business partners to resolve design issues and negotiate project priorities and deadlines. - Perform analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, and documentation tasks. - Enhance existing products and create new offerings utilizing the latest technology. - Build and lead a product development team to deliver projects that meet business objectives and solve critical user problems. - Collaborate with key leaders to develop strategic projects, streamline decision-making, and manage the engineering team. - Act as a technical leader, managing code reviews, post-project analysis, and articulating project success factors. - Provide leadership for planning, recruiting, and managing a world-class technology, product development, and application engineering team. - Continuously assess and redesign processes to ensure they are repeatable, sustainable, and scalable. This role demands a proactive and innovative approach, leveraging AI and advanced technologies to drive excellence and deliver outstanding solutions.
Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience: 10+ years of hands-on software development, with a solid focus on end-to-end solution development, driving scalable, high-performance systems
- Skills: Expert in modern programming languages (Java, Python, C++), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and AI/ML integration into production-grade applications
- Solution Development: Proven track record of designing and delivering innovative, enterprise-level solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements, including AI-powered features. AI/ML: Extensive experience building machine learning models, data pipelines, and deploying AI/ML-driven products, with practical knowledge of algorithms and optimization. Leadership: Solid leadership abilities, managing cross-functional teams, providing mentorship to junior engineers, and overseeing project delivery from concept to deployment
- Tools: Advanced proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and modern testing methodologies
Preferred Qualification:
- Advanced AI certifications, DevOps
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating across teams to solve complex technical challenges
