Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on web applications.
- Expertise in Next.js and strong proficiency in React.js.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) with Next.js.
- Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Babel) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for debugging.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude when collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest web development trends.
- Experience in mentoring junior team members is a plus.
- Previous experience working with U.S. clients is a major advantage.
