Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software that drives Ninja Van’s complex logistics operations.
- Take ownership of the architecture and implementation of major features, modules, and entire products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers—to deliver high-quality software on time.
- Develop and maintain APIs, and integrate third-party services where necessary.
- Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Participate actively in code reviews, technical discussions, and team collaboration activities.
- Stay current with emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices in software development.
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of industry experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and libraries/frameworks like React.js and TypeScript.
- Strong back-end development experience using Java or Golang (preferably Golang).
- Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
