Lead Frontend Web3 Developer (f/m/d)

We’re looking for a Lead Frontend Web3 Developer (f/m/d) to architect, code, and scale next-generation consumer-facing decentralized applications, and lead a squad of 2 developers.

You’ll combine deep technical expertise with product intuition — collaborating closely with product, design, backend, and blockchain teams to deliver seamless, intuitive, and secure Web3 user experiences.

This role is ideal for a builder who loves coding, leading by example, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate innovation.

• Lead frontend architecture, design, and development of Web3 consumer applications.

• Write, review, and optimize production-grade code in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and PHP.

• Integrate smart contracts, wallets, and blockchain interactions using ethers.js, web3.js, wagmi, or viem.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate concepts into elegant, high-performance UIs and user journeys.

• Work cross-functionally with backend and blockchain engineers to define data models, APIs, and synchronization between on-chain and off-chain layers.

• Build, maintain, and improve Node.js middleware and PHP-based services where needed.

• Utilize AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, OpenAI AgentKit) for faster prototyping, testing, and code quality improvements.

• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, performance, and deployment.

• Mentor and guide frontend engineers, driving consistent technical standards.

• Stay updated on emerging Web3 frameworks, SDKs, and AI-assisted development trends.
  

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with 2+ years in Web3/dApp ecosystems.

• Proven hands-on coding and technical leadership in production-grade products.

• Expertise in React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and PHP.

• Strong understanding of Web3 integrations, wallet connectivity, signing flows, and smart contract calls.

• Proficiency with ethers.js, web3.js, or equivalent frameworks.

• Familiarity with AI-powered development workflows (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, AgentKit).

• Experience working closely with product and design teams to deliver user-centered interfaces.

• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Strong understanding of REST/GraphQL, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
  

• Background in Substrate, EVM, or cross-chain SDKs.

• Experience in DePIN, DeFi, or NFT ecosystems.

• Familiarity with Tailwind, Framer Motion, or component-driven design systems.

• Contributions to open-source Web3 or AI-enabled developer tools.
