We are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer to drive the development of modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep expertise in frontend technologies with strong leadership capabilities. As a key member of the engineering team, you will take ownership of frontend strategy, guide developers, and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance frontend applications using ReactJS
- Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices for the team
- Build reusable components and libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Mentor and guide frontend developers, conducting code reviews and technical sessions
- Ensure high-quality code through testing, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Drive UI/UX excellence by implementing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues in production environments
