We are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer to drive the development of modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep expertise in frontend technologies with strong leadership capabilities. You will be responsible for building intuitive user interfaces, defining frontend architecture, and ensuring seamless user experiences across products.

As a key member of the engineering team, you will take ownership of frontend strategy, guide developers, and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams. The role requires a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance frontend applications using ReactJS
  • Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices for the team
  • Build reusable components and libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Mentor and guide frontend developers, conducting code reviews and technical sessions
  • Ensure high-quality code through testing, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement
  • Drive UI/UX excellence by implementing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
  • Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues in production environments
