Summarized Purpose:
We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack AI Engineer with strong frontend expertise to design and deliver production AI web applications end-to-end, including AI UX, React/Next.js experiences, Python APIs, RAG pipelines, enterprise integrations, LLMOps, security, and team leadership.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
7+ years of experience in full stack application development, frontend architecture, cloud deployment, and AI/LLM-enabled product delivery
Major Job Responsibilities:
Define frontend architecture, component library strategy, and design system adoption across product teams
Design and deliver AI-enabled user experiences using React/Next.js, TypeScript, Python APIs, and FastAPI services
Guide frontend, backend, and AI integration decisions across RAG, LLM tool calling, vector search, and enterprise systems
Build event-driven microservices and integrations across internal platforms, SaaS applications, and AWS cloud services.
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, RDS and S3.
Lead engineering execution through architecture reviews, code reviews, security reviews, GitHub workflows, JIRA delivery tracking, and mentoring
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong expertise in React/Next.js, TypeScript, component-driven UI architecture, component libraries, and design systems
Hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and AWS cloud deployment
Experience with OpenAI or similar LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and tool/function calling
Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, authentication, authorization, API security, observability, and LLMOps practices
Experience with Aurora PostgreSQL, RDS, and additional relational database platforms.
Ability to lead architecture decisions, mentor engineers, align stakeholders, and balance frontend, backend, and AI tradeoffs
Must Have Skills:
Lead-level React/Next.js and TypeScript frontend architecture experience
Python, FastAPI, API design, microservices, and event-driven architecture experience
Production AI application delivery with LLM APIs, RAG, vector databases, tool calling, and AI UX patterns
AWS cloud deployment, enterprise integrations, GitHub, JIRA, security, and technical leadership experience
Good to Have Skills:
Component library ownership and design system governance at enterprise scale
LLMOps experience including evaluation, prompt/version management, monitoring, reliability, and cost optimization
Knowledge of secure enterprise AI patterns, data privacy, access control, compliance, and production observability
Working Hours:
India: 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST
Philippines: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM PHT
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in frontend development
- React or Angular expertise
- JavaScript and TypeScript proficiency
- Frontend architecture and design patterns experience
- API integration experience (REST APIs)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
