Its services combine product strategy, experience design, full-stack development, artificial intelligence, digital commerce, branding, content, social media, and marketing. Experience with React, Svelte, Vue, GSAP, Webpack, and automated testing tools. Deep understanding of web accessibility (ARIA, screen readers) and rendering performance at scale. Previous experience in creative agency environments or managing client-facing engineering teams

• Lead, mentor, onboard, and support the professional development of the front-end engineering team in Buenos Aires.

• Define front-end architecture and drive engineering standards, code quality, and scalable component practices.

• Conduct rigorous code reviews and promote clean, maintainable, and performant JavaScript solutions.

• Integrate AI-powered development tools, including Claude Code and coding assistants, into engineering workflows.

• Collaborate with Design, Product, leadership, and client teams to deliver pixel-perfect and accessible experiences.

• Oversee technical delivery, unit-testing strategies, accessibility compliance, and performance benchmarking.

• 7+ years of professional front-end development experience.

• Proven experience providing technical leadership, mentorship, or engineering guidance.

• Advanced expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern component-based architecture.

• Hands-on experience using AI development tools, such as Claude Code or similar coding assistants.

• Strong ownership, project-management capabilities, and ability to connect technical decisions with business objectives.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Must be currently based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
