Lead Front Desk / Clinic Assistant Manager

We’re looking for a dependable, organized leader to oversee daily operations at our clinic. This is a hands-on front desk role with clinic management responsibilities. You will serve as the go-to person for the location, supporting staff, assisting patients, and keeping the clinic running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations and front desk responsibilities.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for staff questions and clinic needs.

  • Support and guide staff to ensure clinic procedures are followed.

  • Provide welcoming, professional patient service.

  • Work assigned shifts and maintain flexibility to meet staffing needs.

  • Coordinate coverage when staff call out or scheduling gaps arise, including personally covering shifts when needed.

  • Communicate staffing concerns and operational updates to leadership.

The ideal candidate takes initiative, communicates clearly, follows through, and is comfortable being accountable for the location. Reliable attendance and availability to support staff coverage are essential.
 

Schedule & Availability

This position requires availability for full-day shifts and flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends. Scheduled days may vary based on clinic needs. As the location’s lead, you will also be responsible for arranging coverage when staff call out and stepping in to cover shifts when needed.
