Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex finance projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Lead portfolio optimization initiatives tailored to each division, utilizing both internal and external customer and macroeconomic data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Directly or indirectly manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct strategic financial analysis to support high-level decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast and analyze credit risk profile.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies and performance metrics.
- Recommend and implement improvements to credit policies, procedures, and systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Partner with IT and operations to enhance automation and reporting capabilities.
- Work closely with sales, finance, legal and operations to support business growth while managing credit risk.

Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in finance related field.
Strong data integration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic thinking.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Preferred:
Additional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA).
