  • Loading approved funding into financial systems
  • Ensuring appropriate expense and capitalization treatment in partnership with Accounting
  • Reconcile investment data across systems to support consistent reporting and portfolio visibility
  • Enable tracking of investment spend and outcomes versus approved business cases and expectations
  • Prepare standardized reporting and dashboards to support portfolio reviews and leadership discussions
  • Support ad hoc strategic and investment decision analysis, including data preparation, modeling support, and scenario analysis
  • Partner with Business Unit FP&A and Corporate Functions Finance to align investment data, reporting, and tracking standards

  • Support continuous improvement of investment-related financial processes, documentation, and analytical tools

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of prior experience in FP&A, financial operations, or a related finance role
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, reporting structures, and data reconciliation
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with financial planning and reporting tools (e.g., Oracle, Oracle Analytics, TM1, or similar systems) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess whether financial data “makes sense”
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a role with evolving processes
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency and strengthen controls
