The Lead Financial Analyst - Finance Systems Integration & Analytics will lead global finance reporting and analytics initiatives across multiple business functions and regions. This role partners closely with Finance, IT, Commercial Operations, and enterprise platform teams to strengthen financial data processes, enhance reporting and analytics capabilities, and ensure ERP data flows accurately into enterprise reporting systems, dashboards, and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate brings experience working across ERP ecosystems, enterprise reporting environments, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that support operational insights and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead finance reporting, analytics, and data integration initiatives supporting business operations and strategic decision-making
- Partner with Finance, IT, Commercial Operations, and business teams to deliver scalable and business-aligned reporting solutions
- Drive initiatives supporting revenue, bookings, backlog reporting, quote-to-cash processes, and financial reporting enhancements
- Support enterprise platforms including ERP systems, CDW, Data Lake, EDP, Hyperion Suite, dashboards, and analytics environments
- Collaborate on system architecture, ERP mappings, data integrations, and reporting structures to support accurate and timely financial reporting
- Ensure ERP and upstream operational data flows accurately into enterprise reporting systems, dashboards, and analytics platforms
- Lead reconciliation, validation, root-cause analysis, and defect resolution activities to ensure data quality and reporting integrity
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, reporting enhancement opportunities, and business-specific analytics needs
- Lead project activities including requirements gathering, testing coordination, executive reporting, training, change management, and governance
- Manage cross-functional global teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
- Drive automation, scalability, process optimization, and reporting improvements across finance systems and analytics capabilities
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading enterprise finance systems, ERP integration, and reporting initiatives within a global organization
- Strong understanding of Enterprise system integrations, financial reporting, and data warehouse concepts
- Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as CDW, Data Lake, EDP, Hyperion Suite, or similar analytics and reporting environments
- Knowledge of revenue reporting, bookings and backlog analytics, quote-to-cash processes, and financial data management
- Experience partnering across Finance, IT, Commercial Operations, and business teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced matrixed environment
- Experience supporting testing, change management, and business readiness activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or related ERP and reporting platforms
- Experience supporting finance transformation, ERP modernization, or enterprise analytics initiatives
- Prior people leadership and team development experience
- PMP, Agile, or related project management certification

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $130,000.00–$194,950.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
