The Role

We are seeking a Lead Finance Systems & Transformation (Oracle FCCS and EPM) to join our team at JM Family Enterprises, Inc. In this role, you will work with finance, accounting, and IT associates throughout the entire technology implementation and support lifecycle. This includes design, configuration, build, testing, training, change management, go-live, and post-production support. This role will oversee the ongoing support and all aspects of Oracle FCCS system implementation and ongoing support.  Also included in this role is the support of the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementation that provides for PBCS, EDM, and Essbase Cloud.

This position requires a minimum of 3 days a week on-site at our beautiful Deerfield Beach, FL headquarters. 

Responsibilities:

  • Be the SME possessing broad business and technical knowledge and experience within Cloud FCCS and other Cloud EPM products.

  • As an individual contributor, this individual will interact with a team of functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts and articulate how to best integrate Oracle EPM technologies to deliver superior business impact.

  • Work collaboratively with members of the EPM and ERP team which includes transformation, implementation, deployment, upgrades, development, and support.

  • Collaborate and maintain strong communication channels with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on Oracle EPM FCCS experience in the areas of administration, design, analysis, development, and support.

  • Experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users.

  • Must have complete project lifecycle experience in a Financial Consolidation Project.

  • Ability to write FCCS Business Rules, develop data forms, and build financial reports based on internal stakeholder requirements.

  • Must be able to articulate the consolidation process and support the consolidation methods in FCCS.

  • Familiar with accounting principles around Intercompany Transactions and the close process.

  • Experience with other EPM products including PBCS, Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), and EDM is a plus. 

  • Experience working with Workiva Wdata/Chains is a plus.

  • Must be able to work independently to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.

  • Strong skills Microsoft skills include MS Excel, PowerBI, and Power Automate.

  • Must be open to adopting new technologies.

  • Must have Implemented projects with Oracle FCCS (Financial Cloud and Consolidation Service) and developed artifacts starting from Metadata creation/updates, setting up Ownership module, catering to Intercompany eliminations in FCCS, designing web forms and data grids, and creating validation accounts.

  • Working Knowledge of SQL Scripting.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills required to partner with internal stakeholders within Corporate / BU Accounting and Finance teams
