Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of newly won projects to identify risks and opportunities and establish execution-ready budgets.
- Develop legal entity structures for projects, manage transfer pricing agreements in coordination with Tax teams.
- Organize and lead cross-functional budget release meetings to ensure smooth ITO to OTR transitions.
- Set up new projects in the OTR tools and provide support to the project finance managers during the handover period.
- Participate in the feedback loop mechanisms with the Commercial teams to ensure process gaps get identified and fixed.
- Collaborate with HDGT Commercial Finance, FP&A, Controllership, Supply Chain, and OTR Finance to optimize project budgets and improve profitability.
- Perform quarterly root cause analysis on Estimate at Completion (EAC) variances, working with commercial teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
- Support financial analysis and process improvement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Significant finance, accounting or audit experience with demonstrated growth over roles of increasing responsibility.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle from bid to execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $95,300 and $158,700 annual. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
