Roles and Responsibilities·
- Manage the $2B Airframer/Non-Airline customer receivables
- Manage CEO lease pool collections
- Manage the $100M of collections/closure of the aged (> 365 days) & lower dollar (<$500K) invoices
- Manage closure of Aged unapplied balances
- Help in forecasting quarterly credit memo usage impact
- Assisting the Global AR leader with impact projects, adhoc requests & leadership data submissions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in related finance field.
Desired Characteristics
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable accounting flows, including entire order to cash process
- Alteryx workflow experience or desire to learn tool
