The Role
Job Description SummaryThe role is responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Commercial Programs Finance. The role will report to the FP&A Leader, and will be responsible for monthly and quarterly FP&A rhythms and financial planning cycles for the organization. Additionally, this role with work closely with the product line FP&A teams under Commercial Engines Services to drive process improvement and further develop product line financial rhythms. We are looking for an individual with prior experience in either the Commercial Engines or Commercial Services business.Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the business cycles across Commercial Programs Finance product lines - Strategy, Budget, Forecasts + Estimates across channels and sub-product line levels in the organization
  • Responsible for producing KPIs to measure performance in all areas of the organization and analyze the performance to improve profitability and cash generation
  • Support monthly and quarterly closing process across Commercial Services Engines
  • Support horizontal projects within finance team to drive process standardization, simplification, and automation to reduce overall team workload
  • Develop monthly close reporting including reporting of metrics & analysis
  • Leverages analysis & data to support recommendations and provide insight to product line and Operations teams
  • Able to communicate complex messages across product lines an indirectly influence and lead product line processes.
  • Acts as support for cross product lines projects
  • Ability to clearly articulate financial information to CES Senior Leadership team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 5+ years Finance experience

  • Strong organization skills and the ability to develop & execute a plan
  • Excellent verbal / written communication skills and ability to communicate with Senior Leaders
  • Flexibility and willingness to accept new challenges

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Demonstrated financial analysis skills and knowledge of internal controls processes
