Roles and Responsibilities
Supplier Health – Risk Management
- Maintain and continuously improve weekly supplier risk mapping, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and actionable insights
- Partner with CPMs/SAMs to close feedback loops on process effectiveness and standard work; document findings and drive corrective actions
- Collaborate with the Sr. Finance Manager to assess high-risk suppliers; establish, enhance, and deploy standard work across commodities
- Partner with Digital to validate data flows, improve data quality, and enhance user experience across tools and interfaces
Deal Model – Enhancements
- Own deal model updates, assumptions, scenarios, and version control – align and communicate changes with PSM Commodity finance managers
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time and rework (standardized inputs, templates, and change logs, etc.)
- Maintain and continuously improve standard work for the deal model – document methodology and train stakeholders
- Partner with commodity finance managers to appreciate their ways of working and maintain a close pulse on tool capability to support them
Project & Initiatives
- Lead and support projects aligned to annual PSM Finance priorities; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and deliver measurable improvements against SQDC
- Support the deployment of FLIGHT DECK lean fundamentals (standard work, action plans, daily management, problem solving) to drive and sustain change
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Extensive experience in Finance or Accounting with increased levels of responsibility
