As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced F&I Lead for a store in the North Metro who is passionate about the business, energized by developing others, and ready to take the next step in their leadership career.
This is more than an individual production role. As an F&I Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to drive performance, coach and develop talent, and help create a consistent, high-performing F&I experience across the business. You’ll work alongside dealership and F&I leadership to strengthen processes, elevate results, and ensure our teams deliver an exceptional experience for every customer.

Compensation:
- Estimated Total Earnings: $125,000–$150,000 annually
- Compensation Structure: Base salary/draw plus performance-based incentives
- Incentive Opportunity: Earnings are driven by individual and dealership F&I performance, with uncapped earning potential
- Performance Impact: High performers who consistently exceed targets have the opportunity to earn above the stated range
What You’ll Do:
- • Develop and execute the overall F&I strategy of dealership
- Work with Sales Managers and Customer Specialists to set sales objectives and increase F&I performance
- Follow company rules for safeguarding customer information at all times
- Verify that every customer is being offered ancillary products per Walser Policy
- Train and manage staff in company policies and ensure adherence to all company policies
- Daily reporting to include blue sheet audit, F&I performance tracking
- CIT support for funding and system issues (i.e. DMS, FUSE)
- Offsite/out of state deal structure & compliance
- AFIP certification and store F&I compliance adherence
- Deal involvement with customers and side by side with managers
- During peak business hours: credit interview, deal submission, menu involvement, etc.
- During non-peak business hours: side by side deal involvement with mangers at all stages of F&I process
- Executing action plans to develop underperforming sales managers
- Working with sales managers to create action plans to develop underperforming customer specialists
- In-store training
- Daily morning CS training
- Daily small group CS training
- Daily 1:1 CS and manager training
- Weekly sales manager training
- New sales manager onboarding for F&I related topics
- Sales manager F&I test outs
- CS advanced F&I test outs
- Ensure that any employee relations issues or concerns are addressed and escalated to HR when necessary
- Monitor and assist in the implementation of company initiatives and legal compliance measures and ensure the communication of company news on a regular basis
- Ensure Walser service processes and scripts are followed by employees
- Support the career and professional development of staff
- Lead by example and be an advocate for staff

What You Bring:
- Proven success in a managerial position
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team
- Must have a minimum of 1 year in a sales manager or F&I manager role
- Must be able to make detailed financial decisions within strict timeframes
- Proven organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, handle frequent interruptions and shifting priorities
- Demonstrated strong and effective oral and written communication skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
