The Lead EVS Associate provides oversight of department operations in the absence of the Supervisor. Additionally, the Lead EVS Associate understands and may perform the tasks and functions of an EVS Associate I and II. This position requires careful adherence to well-defined work, where repeatable results are needed. The Lead EVS Associate ensures all areas have coverage and makes necessary changes as needed. This position trains department staff as needed, and supervises others to ensure that quality standards are met.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Act as a shift supervisor and oversee sales associates when a supervisor is absent.
Monitor the operations of a unit, and provide input to the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations.
Participate in people management activities for unit team members, such as performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and interviews.
Perform inspections and quality auditing, and look for ways to improve the retail experience.
Provide training for new hires and ensure current employee knowledge is up to date.
Perform all duties of EVS Associates.
