What you’ll do:
Lead a team of 4–6 engineers across the full stack (React, Node.js, Express, Postgres).
Drive architecture and implementation decisions for our core platform.
Partner with product and design to deliver user experiences that are fast, intuitive, and reliable.
Ensure high standards for code quality, testing, and performance.
Manage and evolve our AWS infrastructure (ECS, Lambda, S3, and related services).
Coach and mentor engineers, helping them grow in both technical depth and ownership.
Collaborate with leadership to align technical priorities with business goals.
What you bring:
6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
Deep experience building full-stack applications using React and Node.js.
Strong understanding of AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.) and modern DevOps practices.
Proven ability to guide teams through complex projects from design to deployment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you thrive in a team environment.
