5. Technical project management based on APQP
6. Working knowledge of problem solving techniques & design optimization
7. Should know the regulatory/certification requirements like CMVR, AIS, ECE etc.
8. Benchmarking, cost reduction, DFMEA, DFA
9. Design & Development of Automotive lighting assemblies/subassemblies/
components from concept to production release
