About Team & Product/Project Details:
Tax Information Reporting Suite (formerly Wall Street Concepts) provides tax information reporting solutions to the financial industry for REMICs, Pass Through Mortgage Backed Securities, Long term OID bonds, Master Limited Partnerships, mutual funds, REITs, Unit Investment Trusts, and Widely Held Fixed Investment Trusts (WHFITs). Our services facilitate the production of Forms 1099 and K-1, as well as the preparation of individual tax returns.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in performance testing and optimization of applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with performance testing tools, scripting, analyzing test results, and identifying performance bottlenecks.
What you will be doing (Shift Time & Key Roles and Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using industry-standard tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, etc.).
- Identify and analyze performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with developers, DevOps, and business teams to optimize system performance.
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics (CPU, memory, network, response time, etc.).
- Generate detailed performance test reports and provide insights for tuning application performance.
- Ensure performance testing is integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest performance testing trends and best practices.
What you bring (Experience Level & Mandatory Skills in potential candidate):
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in performance testing.
- Strong experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, NeoLoad, or similar.
- Good knowledge of HTTP, REST APIs, WebSockets, and database performance testing.
- Experience in scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
- Proficiency in analyzing logs, APM tools (Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
- Experience in cloud-based performance testing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes) and integrating performance tests.
- Experience with monitoring tools and profiling tools for performance tuning.
- Knowledge of SQL and database performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Added bonus if you have (Desirable skills):
- Good to have CI/CD Exposure like Jenkins.
- Good to have Cloud Natives Technology knowledge
