Roles and Responsibilities
- Enforce and analyze operations to ensure a safe working environment
- Responsible for managing test requirements for development engines
- Responsible for cost and schedule of assigned engines.
- Daily interface with: Peebles site support teams, assembly teams, instrumentation, evaluation, systems, test, engineering design, materials/fulfillment, tooling and project personnel, as well as the hourly work force.
- Engagement in activities that will assist in the scheduling and execution of engines while focusing on: Integrity, Safety, Quality, Delivery and Over-all Cost Initiatives.
- Refine, develop, and validate all aspects of the testing process including data systems, test facilities, and procedures to prioritize safety and quality as well as efficiency
- Provide engine status briefings to senior business leadership
- Coordinate with customers and business leadership to ensure all key development milestones are complete on time, on budget, and to the highest quality
- Ensure engine test setups conform to latest quality and FAA regulations – this role will include signing test site conformities, 8130-9, for assigned engines
- Create and manage the engine test schedule through the development process
- Use a Flight Deck approach to deliver results and create solutions in a dynamic environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Design Engineering.

The base pay range for this position is $95,000 - $159,000 USD Annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on September 26th, 2026.
