Primary Responsibilities:

Lead Engineer - Projects

• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Good presentation and MS Excel Skills
• Responsible for planning for program scope/schedule/budget in accordance with program WBS
• Responsible for driving technical program execution/overall program integration
• Works with the PM to define and drive the product line roadmap and ensure efficient execution to meet customer and business needs
• Responsible for scope and change control of the execution plan
• Responsible for technical and engineering execution risk management
• Responsible for supporting appropriate technical staffing and assignment
• Responsible for supporting to adherence to budget, schedule and risk management
• Responsible for supporting associated certifications, Audits including releases of required artifacts
• Responsible to drive project metrics including EVMS and drive root cause analysis for variances.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors or master’s in mechanical/aerospace engineering 
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in Aerospace Manufacturing and Quality engineering activities

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Certification
• Agile-Scrum Master /ACP Certification
