As a Lead Engineer, Project Engineering, you will manage delivery of large integrated engineering projects in Surface Pressure Control equipment (Surface Wellhead and Tree) aligned with business and customer need.

The main responsibility of the Project Engineer is:

Coordinate efforts among various engineering function to achieve project goals. Develop detailed project activities, plan and schedule and drive accountability on each milestones of engineering deliverables. Maintain a detailed project tracker which allow live update of the resource, progress of each engineering deliverables and its milestone with respect to the baseline schedule. Provide periodical update on project progress, changes, achievement, and challenges Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Catalyze issue resolution related to engineering project execution. Provide engineering expertise and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned. Monitor engineering costs (hours) related to the project. Maintain records and documentation related to long term framework agreement, with regards to Call-of-Order records, Part Number database/catalog, Clarifications, Variation Order, MOC.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from accredited university in Engineering preferably Mechanical/Industrial/Petroleum.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years experience as design engineer in Surface Pressure Control (Surface Wellhead and Tree) or Subsea Equipment.
  • Have a project management certification or equivalent proven records of minimum of 2 years experience in Engineering Project Management.
  • Have deep knowledge with API 6A, API16A, API Q1, NACE MR0175
  • Familiar with design and development process for Surface Pressure Control (Surface Wellhead and Tree).

  • Has a strong Project Management skill
  • Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency with Project management tool and MS Excel.
