Job Summary
Designs and optimizes digital services to meet user requirements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions. Analyzes system performance and implements improvements to enhance functionality.
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Defines functional specifications for digital service creation and management. Coordinates with development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conducts UAT and validation of digital services to ensure compliance with business needs.
• Acts/Resolves on the observations emerging from digital service performance and proposes enhancements for continuous improvement.
• Documents processes and maintains up-to-date records of functional design changes
• Provides training and support to end-users on new or updated digital functionalities.
• Contribute to functional and domain knowledge and skills to the team to turn user stories into working software and optimize business experience.
• Translates business requirements into IT solutions to optimize business experience.
• Analyse & solve problems to ensure complex issues are resolved efficiently within the governance framework.
• Proactively share knowledge and experiences in focus groups, with colleagues from own and other teams with a similar technical and/or functional focus.
• Acts as the trusted advisor for Product Owners, Service Owners and other business stakeholders for the Product area.
• Collaborates at a functional level with involved suppliers/vendors in their domain.
Critical Experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands -on experience in software development or IT solutions, focusing on translating business requirements into functional specifications.
• Certification in Agile methodologies such as Scrum Master or Product Owner is good- to-have for effective collaboration and project management.
