Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Support in the capture, refinement and documentation of requirements.
• Play a lead role with partners and other stakeholders to:
• Create and document the logical and physical integration design for our applications and solutions.
• Install, upgrade and configure applications and potentially other OS or third party software components required by these applications.
• Create, document and support execution of test plans and cases
• Take ownership of integration between the revenue management platform(s) and the network, BSS and OSS and/or for the complete life-cycle of mediation and billing
• Be responsible for technical deliverables assigned to you from estimating, designing, configuring and unit testing these and ensuring these are of a high quality of standard
• Identify, communicate and drive improvement initiatives for the processes and tools relating to your role.
• Working with business teams, PO, onshore teams and coming up with a solution design and development for the requirements, work with the team members in delivering the developed functionalities, support functional testing, SIT, UAT, and production releases
• Collaborate with the other team and provide the required inputs for the implementation of the e2e solution
• Drive complex technical projects from planning through execution
• Provide leadership and mentor engineers in innovative and fast-paced environments, perform configuration reviews, code reviews
• Should work with Operations team for any deployment/maintenance activities, involve in device testing, resolution of the production issues

Skills, Experience and Requirements

• Should have experience of 8+ years in the online charging system with minimum of 4+ years' development experience in Matrixx Online Charging platform
• Should have the experience in implementing Online Charging for 5g services, integrating with the other network components, configuring the AVPs as per the requirements,
• Should have the technical expertise in Telecom Networking protocols (DIAMETER, SS7, MAP, INAP, CAP, SNMP, ...)
• Should have the exposure to web Service Protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML,...)
• Should have the strong experience on Matrixx Product offer configurations like balances, meters, normalizers, filters, price configuration, decision tables, Normalizer Chaining, parameterized price components for dynamic charge configuration requirements, side loader changes and parameterized offers
• Should have strong experience in configuring the catalog items, product offers, bundles and notification for price plans
• Should have the experience in extending the Matrixx Data containers, event files as per the requirements
• Should be well versed in the validation of the configurations and loading the price plans to different environments
• Should have the experience in using the Matrixx test framework for testing the configurations
• Should have the exposure to datadog, Grafana for the monitoring of the application
• Should have the experience in Python & Shell scripting
• Should have hands on experience in databases like Oracle, snowflake and MongoDB which are on cloud platform
• Exposure to AWS, CI/CD will be an advantage
• Should have strong experience in resolving the technical issues reported for the environment.
• Should possess deep knowledge of the E2E telecom flow and should be able to think logically towards the issue resolution
• Candidate should have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
