  • Embed security, governance, and regulatory compliance into all solutions, balancing innovation with risk management.
  • Collaborate with product teams and senior stakeholders to deliver business value and influence technical direction.
  • Remain hands-on with solution design, code reviews, and complex technical challenges while coaching and developing engineers.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, engineering excellence, and knowledge sharing across teams.

  • Strong expertise in automation, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and modern engineering practices.
  • Experience with secure data integration, including APIs, databases, and data pipelines, alongside authentication and access technologies such as OAuth and OIDC.
  • Proven ability to design secure, scalable solutions within regulated environments, with a strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Track record of delivering complex enterprise-scale technology solutions across large and multinational organisations.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing engineering teams.
