As Lead Engineer (d/f/m) - Web Team, you will take ownership of the technical leadership for our web team. Together with your team, you will work on B2C frontends, and intuitive checkout flows.

As our Lead Engineer (d/f/m) - Web Team, you will...

• lead and inspire the web team with a focus on engineering excellence while fostering the growth of individual team members
• actively contribute to development processes while maintaining a strategic view of project goals
• drive the expansion and optimization of consumer-facing applications with a strong emphasis on UI, UX, and frontend security
• develop and scale seamless, secure checkout processes designed for millions of users
• build robust, scalable systems for dynamic applications in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for candidates that...

• have an advanced knowledge of React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with expertise in modern frontend frameworks and tools
• provide strong skills in developing and designing intuitive, visually appealing, and highly scalable UIs, with a focus on consumer-facing applications
• have expertise in scalable UI development and component-based architecture.
• are familiar with frontend security best practices
• have a deep understanding of building and scaling checkout and payment flows
• are familiar with modern CI/CD workflows and cloud-based infrastructures
• are experienced in developing products for millions of users
• thrive in fast-paced environments and expertise in building and maintaining highly dynamic applications
