Lead Engineer DevOps

Your Role
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Support and monitor infrastructure in cloud and on-prem.
Create and improve automation scripts.
Troubleshoot issues in staging/production environments.
Collaborate with developers to optimize release processes
Define and enforce DevOps best practices across teams.
Drive infrastructure cost optimization and scaling strategies.
Conduct root cause analysis of system failures.
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
Mandatory experience in python strong scripting skills, Docker working knowledge, Cloud Basics
Experience in Github, Github actions.
Experience in Kafka, Airflow, Flink, dbt, OpenMetadata, Postgres, Neo4j, OpenSearch, and Grafana.
Good to have OpenMetadata and OPensearch
Lead migration and modernization efforts (e.g., monolith to microservices).
Develop internal tools and frameworks for platform efficiency.
Prepare technical documentation and trainings
Collaborate with tests teams to provide tests activities as part of devops loop
