Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead technical pre-sales activities for GridBeats Asset Management solutions, developing customer-focused solution strategies that align business requirements with product capabilities and operational objectives.
- Drive technical proposal development, customer presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities for complex opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical guidance to customers and internal stakeholders while supporting strategic account growth and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure successful solution positioning, risk assessment, project handover, and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies, reusable assets, and best practices, while mentoring team members and promoting technical excellence across the organization.
Required Qualifications
