Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand and review customer contracts
- Production Control Document Oversight and Coordination
- Manufacturing Execution System (MES) oversight
- Work Order release to the shop
- Documentation including work instructions and best practices
- Internalization of processes
- Outside Vendor (OV) coordination and communication
- Support of cash initiatives related to inventory levels and OV spend
- General shop floor support
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing)
- Minimum of 3 years of additional experience in operations and/or quality engineering
