As an Lead Engagement Manager, you will be part of OutSystems Professional Services and responsible for the overall management and delivery of innovative solutions using the OutSystems platform, through an agile development approach. This role will coordinate with multiple, dispersed business sponsors, and work with multiple delivery teams and other business stakeholders to ensure that a program of work is delivered according to the right business needs. An OutSystems Engagement Manager would need to have business analysis, project management and quality assurance skillsets.

What You Will Lead/Do or Key Responsibilities:

• Act as trusted business partner to understand customers’ needs and drivers;
• Serve as the main driver of the client relationship and communication for key/strategic clients;
• Establish & nuture relationships with key strategic customer stakeholders
• Ensure strong program management practices, managing the budget, risks & issues & mitigation strategies, timeline, resources, scope, change requests, status report and sales interface;
• Ensure team work, commitment and expectations alignment;
• Guarantee quality procedures and OutSystems behaviors.

Qualifications / What You Need To Succeed:

• 10+ years of experience in project management and delivery;
• Experience in web application delivery and process design;
• Degree in computer science or other technical related field;
• Experience in using Agile approaches;
• Fluency in written and spoken English & Bahasa Melayu (mandatory);
• Availability to travel
