What you’ll do
As a Lead Electrical Engineer – Industrial based in Brisbane, you'll lead the delivery of key projects with our local and national clients and provide specialist technical expertise. Guidance and supervision of electrical team members to ensure successful delivery of projects within time, quality, cost and stakeholder expectations.
Be the first point of contact with clients and internal stakeholders to discuss and assist with electrical works.
Lead technical design for projects and client portfolios.
Work with colleagues from other disciplines to deliver complete multi-disciplinary projects.
Manage, mentor and supervise other engineers.
Build strong relationships with clients and assist in successfully driving opportunities to successful outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement and support best-practice standards.
What you’ll bring
Relevant engineering qualifications and 15 years' experience in LV and HV electrical engineering.
Proven ability to apply this technical knowledge to achieve project outcomes.
Demonstrated experience in Oil and Gas projects.
Proven experience leading electrical teams with the ability to train, guide and support other engineers.
Demonstrated expertise in managing projects in alignment with client policies, standards, and specifications.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions.
